You weren’t created to settle. Let's train the temple and strengthen the spirit — one workout, one prayer, one purpose at a time.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

TESTIMONIALS
Training with Coach Fly these last 2 years has been an amazing experience that has truly pushed me out of my comfort zone. Every workout brings new challenges that test not just my physical abilities, but also my mental toughness. Coach Fly has a way of pushing me beyond what I thought were my limits, constantly demanding growth both on and off the field. I’m grateful for the environment he creates, one where I’m always evolving and never settling. -Tyler Shultez-
Throughout the duration of my 2 years of working out with coach Fly it has been interesting to see the progression of the works outs and the intentionality behind them as the workouts have progressed I have also seen my self progress coming in as a freshman my bench max was at 270 i’m now currently benching 325 my squat max was 415 and i’m not presently squatting 455 I have seen improvements even in my body’s recovery and agility in which I feel like I move smoother and more loosely in a way that helps me to be able to improve my game on the field though not only has he been instrumental in the physical aspects but while we’re improving physically he has also helped to be a gardener of the seeds of faith throughout the team always remembering to not only feed our spirits with the word but helping us to understand what it is trying to say so as to help leads us i both our physicals and our spiritual each year we are given a verse to carry through the season the first season being Galatians 6:9 do not grow weary of doing good for in due time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up, and the following season being proverbs 26:11 as a dog returns to his vomit so does a fool to his folly. Personally, these verses have helped me remember that God has a plan and that everything happens for a reason. All I need to do is remain steadfast, and everything will turn out according to His plan. And secondly, I learn from my mistakes to avoid repeating the same things once I know better in an attempt to do better.
